Welcome to Custom Cartel. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Custom Cartel's relationship with you in relation to this website.

1. Ordering and Production

Custom Cartel provides custom-tailored garments made specifically to your measurements. Once an order is placed and the production process has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the order details. All garments are crafted based on the fabric, design, and measurements provided or recorded by our agents at the time of order checkout.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Full payment is required before the initiation of any bespoke production order.

3. Fit Guarantee

For new clients, we offer a Fit Guarantee on the first order. This guarantee covers reasonable local alterations up to a predetermined limit or a full remake if the garment cannot be locally adjusted, entirely at our discretion. Subsequent orders are manufactured based on your updated master profile and assume the standard fit tolerance of bespoke tailoring.

4. Liability and Returns

Because our garments are individually customized to your specific measurements and design choices, we do not accept returns or offer generic refunds for "change of mind". Any claims regarding fabric defects or major manufacturing errors must be submitted to our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
