Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Custom Cartel.
1. Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. Most importantly, we collect precise anatomical measurements and 3D body scan data required for our bespoke tailoring process.
2. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and train our internal sizing algorithms to improve fit predictions for your future orders.
3. Sharing Your Personal Information
We securely transmit your unidentifiable sizing, design choices, and order configurations directly to our manufacturing partners and production facilities. Only the necessary operational data is passed to our tailoring factories; personal identifiers like billing data and full names remain securely on our domestic servers unless required for logistics and delivery bridging.
4. Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information and highly detailed Measurement Profile for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Your master sizing profile acts as the digital avatar for all your future Custom Cartel garments.
